Anwar Al-Awlaki Targeted

Fueled by their success at liquidating Al-Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden, the US has sent out a Predator Drone to kill his sidekick henchman Anwar al-Awlaki but the drone missed the second in command.

The drone hit a car carrying two mid-level operatives but al-Awlaki survived.

Anwar al-Alwaki was born in the US but then joined up with Bin Laden helping to expand and operate the Al-Qaeda network.

Now he’s on the US’ top ten list and it appears with the recent mother lode of information the US gleaned from Bin Laden’s secret headquarters, al-Awlaki’s days are numbered.

With the recent cache of Bin Laden’s secret plans in their hands the US is going after al-Awlaki with an abandon.

Should they liquidate him swiftly it will be a double major blow to the terrorist network that is already in disarray with the killing of it’s leader Bin Laden.

Add to all that, the US is also after Moammar Khaddafi as the conflict in Libya is still going on.

Speculation is that the US is looking for a threepeat.

If they get both Muammar Khaddafi and al-Awlaki it would be so devastating a blow to terrorism and tyranny throughout the world that markets would rebound and the terrorist networks would be in constant terror themselves as now the wold itself will be at their heels with nowhere to run, nowhere to hide.
